Player Intention Form

To ensure that your children are placed in a team, please register and pay fees or make other arrangements with our Treasurer. For current players, please click here for a copy of the Player Intention Form.

We need to submit our teams to Knox Basketball a month before season starts, so we would ask you to make your best guess that your child/children will be taking part in the coming season.

We wish to avoid fines by Knox Basketball, for team withdrawals. This happens where assumptions are made that players will continue and are placed in teams. We then find out too late that players are not playing. A completed ‘Intention to Play’ form, is of equal value to us whether your child is playing or not, so please complete and send in. You can either hand it your Coach/Team Manager or scanned and emailed back to our Registrar ([email protected]). You can also drop it off to our "mailbox" placed in the Knox City Box on the wall adjacent to Courts 4,5 and 6 at Boronia Stadium. It is easier to add a player after teams have been selected, so if in doubt if you would err on the side of conservatism if your child/children are having doubts about playing.
