Summer 2026 / 2027 transfer requests

2. Transfer from Another Knox Club
If your child currently plays for another Knox Basketball Association club:

Before Registering
Complete the Intent to Transfer form first.
Once Knox Cougars confirms the transfer can proceed, complete your PlayHQ registration.

Important Notes
  • Players in representative basketball VJBL Levels 1–4 or A/AR grade for Knox domestic clubs are subject to transfer restrictions.
  • Transfers require approval from:
    • Current Club
    • Knox Basketball Association
    • Knox City Cougars
  • Completion of the transfer will generate an email to complete registration.

​⚠️ Players are not registered until the transfer process has been fully approved and registration is completed.
